Each month you have the chance to win a boxed set of our quality trout flies.

What do I have to do?

It's simple. Within our website we do fishing reports for the best stillwater trout fisheries within the southern English Lake District.

All you have to do is guess how large the best trout reported will be in the following month's report.  Entries must be received by the end of the preceding month - e.g., entries acceptable for July must be received no later than 30th June.

The winner will be the person who guessed closest to the best reported weight and if we have a tie we will put the names in a hat and draw out a winner. Winners are notified by e-mail and details posted on the home page. 

You do not need to know anything about the size of fish in particular fisheries - just guess. We have had winners from all around the world.

Please note that competition entries are limited to one entry per person per month!
